  • How do I place an order?

    You can place an order directly through our website or by messaging us on Instagram.

    You can also shop with us during our live shows on Whatnot.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary depending on where your item is being fulfilled from.

    - International Warehouse: Some items may require 5–8 business days for delivery.

    - Local Warehouse: Items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

    For full transparency, exact shipping timelines are clearly listed in each product’s description, so you always know what to expect before purchasing.

  • Can you find a specific item for me?

    Yes, we offer a sourcing service for specific items.

    To get started, send us a message on Instagram with the exact item you’re looking for, including brand, model, color, condition, and your target budget.

    Once we review your request, we’ll provide a quoted price. To begin sourcing, we require a 10% deposit based on the quoted price. This allows our team to actively search through our supplier network and secure the item for you.

    Sourcing typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on availability.

    Once the item is secured, the remaining balance will be collected before finalizing the order.

  • What's the Showroom?

    Our showroom is a private, in-person shopping experience located in Houston, Texas.

    Visits are by appointment only, allowing us to give you our full attention and provide a more personalized experience. During your appointment, you’ll be able to view and shop a curated selection of luxury items in a relaxed, one-on-one setting.

    We also offer access to exclusive pieces that may not be listed online.
