Contact usIs everything authentic?
Yes. Every pre-owned luxury item is inspected and professionally authenticated by CheckCheck before we list it.
How do I buy something?
Add it to your bag and check out, where you choose shipping and pay. A few pieces say “Inquire” instead: send an inquiry from the piece's page and we'll reply with the timeline and how to pay. You can also make an offer on anything marked “Offers open,” DM us on Instagram, or buy during our daily live shows on Whatnot, eBay, and StockX.
How do offers work?
Items marked “Offers open” accept offers. Enter your price and how to reach you. We review every offer and reply by email, text, or Instagram DM. You pay nothing unless we accept.
How does sourcing work?
Send a sourcing request with the item you want. We quote a price, and a 10% deposit on that quote starts the search through our supplier network. Most items are secured within one to two weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Items in our local warehouse ship in 1–2 business days. Items coming from our international warehouse take 5–8 business days. Each listing notes where it ships from.
Can I sell or trade with you?
Yes. Send photos and details through the contact form with “Sell to us” selected and we'll come back with a number.
Do you have a showroom?

What's the fastest way to reach you?
Instagram DMs. For Whatnot purchases, message us on Whatnot. For anything sent through this site, include the item's lot number (like HS-0012) so we can find it quickly.
