Houston Selects has access to a broad sourcing network and is frequently able to locate requested merchandise, but certain products may be unavailable or extremely difficult to obtain.
Market pricing may differ significantly from a customer's target budget.
After reviewing a sourcing request, Houston Selects may contact the customer regarding:

Sourcing Deposits
A sourcing transaction may require a deposit.
The required amount will be communicated before payment and is commonly approximately 10%, although the amount may vary depending on the transaction.
Any additional terms applicable to a specific sourcing transaction may be communicated before payment.
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry projects may require a deposit before production begins.
Deposit requirements will be communicated after Houston Selects reviews the request.
Deposits are refundable if Houston Selects determines that the requested product cannot be made.
Once production has begun, the customer may no longer cancel the order and the deposit may become non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise expressly agreed by Houston Selects.
Because custom merchandise is produced specifically for the customer, custom orders generally cannot be returned or refunded unless Houston Selects expressly authorizes the return or applicable law requires otherwise.
Production and delivery timelines for custom jewelry are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
